  • What is FactorySupplyOutlet's shipping policy?

    After you sign in or sign up for an account, most FactorySupplyOutlet orders totaling $75 or more (before tax) ship free with standard ground delivery to the contiguous United States.

    Please note that a number of products may require an additional surcharge due to special delivery needs that result from factors such as product weight and size. For orders under $75, a delivery charge will be added at checkout.

  • Can I pick up items locally / will call?
    In very extreme circumstances, a select number of manufacturers allow customer will calls at their facilities. However, this is quite rare because of product availability. Most manufacturers who allow this also charge us an expedite fee, which is passed on to the end user. Please reach out to us here if you have a mission critical need.   • Can it be shipped today?
    Yes, most of the time. We ship out of 80+ warehouses throughout the United States, in multiple states across several time zones. By the time an order is placed, a few warehouses may already be closed for the day. If you would like to place an expedited shipping order for items you need right away, call us at (877) 823-7583. We may be able to ship inventory out from a different warehouse to help meet delivery deadlines.
  • Can I ship it overnight (2nd day, three day, etc)?
    No problem, just select the request method at checkout. Please note that depending on the stock location of the product, expedited orders may have to ship tomorrow. For example, you may be ordering from California, but the product may be stocked in North Carolina, which is in a different time zone and may have already passed shipping cutoff times, even though it is still earlier in the day in CA.
  • Can I use my own shipping account?
    Sure! Simply provide your FedEx/UPS account number during the check-out process.
  • Can I ship with my own freight account?
    Yes, however, you will have to provide a completed BOL and have your freight company contact us to schedule the pick-up.
  • How can I track my order?

    When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that links to the carrier service website.

    If you have previously created a FactorySupplyOutlet account, you can find your tracking information by navigating to the My Account page at FactorySupplyOutlet.com (click the Signin link in the upper right-hand corner of your browser). This page will display your most recent orders. To view your full order history, click on View All Order History.

    If you checked out as a Guest, please use the link here to use the Single Order Lookup by Email Address by typing in the email address you used for your order and your order number.

  • Where is my order?
    When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that links to the carrier service website. To get a complete order status, please click here, and then click the order number you are trying to track. If an order is late or has missed an estimated delivery date, please click the “Submit a Case” button on the right-hand side of the order summary screen. After submitting, please give us a few hours to correct the issue and we will confirm back via email with the outcome. Case status can also be viewed online here.
  • Do you ship outside the US / Export?
    Exported orders on handled on a case-by-case basis. Typically, export orders are handled as FOB our Los Angeles warehouse, and the freight / shipments are your responsibility once the order is picked up. We are also happy to work with freight forwards if required.
  • Why am I being charged for shipping?

    We offer free shipping on most orders over $75. In some cases, oversized items may have additional shipping charges noted.

  • What can I do about manufacturer shipping delays?

    Items shipped directly from the manufacturer, will usually deliver in the time frame given in the “Estimated Delivery Date” window. However, because manufacturers ship from a wide variety of locations, delivery time can vary. Refer to the item page on FactorySupplyOutlet.com for shipping lead times. Please note that the distance from the manufacturer to your address may also impact transit time.

    Covid/Supply Chain Update: We are continually working with our primary and secondary shipping partners to ensure orders are received as quickly as possible. Some manufacturer lead times are varying drastically, although in most cases, the item is shipping directly to you from them to help speed up the process. We understand the frustrations and ask for your patience on affected deliveries. Late deliveries make our lives 10 times more difficult as well, so we also want the product delivered asap.

  • Where do you ship from?

    FactorySupplyoutlet ships items out of more than 50 primary partner warehouses, and over 200 secondary partner locations located across the U.S.

    Partner warehouses are fulfilment centers operated by the manufacturers directly, or under contact for those manufacturers.

  • How many days will it take to receive my item(s)?

    Our item pages show an “Estimated Delivery Date” on almost all products. This date is calculated by the manufacturer provided production days, days to ship, plus 2-3 days in transit. On stocked items, the Production time is not calculated. These dates are typically very accurate, however they are not a guarantee by us or the manufacturer and should not be treated as such.   • Do you consolidate shipments or ship each line on an order individually?
    For your convenience, we always aim to consolidate our shipments as much as possible. However, some items may ship from more than one warehouse or vendor and cannot be completely consolidated.
  • What if my shipment says it was delivered but isn’t there?
    We apologize for the inconvenience! In the unlikely event that this occurs, please give the carrier 24-48 hours to actually deliver. Many times, the package will end up getting dropped of the next day. If your package is not received after 48 hours of the stated delivery, we will be happy to investigate and resolve any shipping issues as quickly as possible.
  • How can I expedite my shipment?
    If you have placed an order that you would like to have expedited, please click here. All expedited orders must weigh less than 150 lbs. and may not contain any hazardous materials. Expedited orders only ship on business days; any orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • When is my order going to ship? What is my tracking number?

    You can access your information by logging into My Account section of our site. If you do not have an account set up, you can Register or use the Single Order Lookup by Email Address by typing in the email address you used for your order and your order number.

    Once your order has shipped, the email address on the account will receive a Shipping Confirmation email including the tracking number of the items that have shipped.

  • How will my product be shipped with Free Shipping?
    With Free Shipping, your product will be shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground.
  • I should be given Free Shipping per your website. Why am I being charged?
    If your order contains items that do not qualify for the free shipping you will be charged the cost to ship those items. Also note, free ground shipping is valid only within the Contiguous United States and excludes Alaska and Hawaii. Please contact us if you would like to find out more about which items qualify for free shipping.
  • Why has my ship date been pushed back?
    At times we are waiting on shipments from the manufacturers who may encounter part or component issues in manufacturing the products. While we do our best to get your products out to you quickly, these manufacturer delays are unfortunately out of our control. We are continually working with our primary and secondary shipping partners to ensure orders are received as quickly as possible. Some manufacturer lead times are varying drastically, although in most cases, the item is shipping directly to you from them to help speed up the process. We understand the frustrations and ask for your patience on effected deliveries. Late deliveries make our lives 10 times more difficult as well, so we also want the product delivered asap.
