Cancellation & Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 60 days of delivery for a refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Buyer may cancel an order by mutual agreement based upon payment to SELLER of reasonable and proper cancellation charges. Goods shall not be returned by Buyer without SELLER’s prior written authorization and payment by Buyer of a minimum restocking charge of 15%. Authorized returns shall be returned at Buyer’s sole expense. There are NO returns of special order or made-to-order items. No returns shall be accepted following 60 days after delivery. No credit will be issued for shipping charges or other special expenses.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). Returned orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee. If an order is canceled, prior to order shipment, the fee will be reduced to 18%. We thank you for your cooperation, and hope you understand our policies must be this way, as order processing is highly expensive.
SELLER shall not be liable for failure to deliver or for delay in delivery or performance due to: (i) a cause beyond its reasonable control; (ii) an act of God, act or omission of Buyer, act of civil or military authority, governmental priority or other allocation or control, fire, strike or other labor difficulty, riot or other civil disturbance, public health emergency or outbreak, terrorist act, insolvency or other inability to perform by the manufacturer, delay in transportation; or, (iii) telecommunication outage, power outage, security event, or any other commercial impracticability. If such a delay occurs, delivery or performance shall be extended for a period equal to the time lost by reason of delay.

All Covid Relief products are Non-Cancelable or refundable under any circumstances. This policy will be enforced. Please know that the moment you place your order(s) with us, the item(s) are immediately allocated in our order system. You will receive your order as inventory arrives, in the (process) order that it was placed. All Covid Relief products are being released on an allocation basis, as soon as your comes up, your order will ship! Please be sure that you completely understand this before placing your order, and contact us prior. Covid product include but are not limited to: respirators, cleaning supplies, disinfectants, coverall suits, face masks, ect.
All shortages and/or overages must be identified within 14 days of the date of shipment.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, SUCH AS AEROSOLS THAT CAN NOT SHIP AIR) and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Lead times are subject to change at any time. Please note we do our best to convey lead times on special order items, but do not guarantee delivery on given date. If an item is absolutely required by a specific date, please let your Rep. know to discuss in more detail.

If "Carrier Account" is selected at checkout, and no instructions or response is received within (7) business days of the order being placed, the order will be shipped BestWay, and will be added to the payment method.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
