  • Where is FactorySupplyOutlet.com located?
    FactorySupplyOutlet.com’s main office is in Los Angeles, CA. Although, your product could ship from almost anywhere in the country! Through our network of 80 Primary Partner warehouses, we aim to ship the product from a close to you as possible to get it to you asap!
  • What if I am Tax Exempt or require a different tax rate?

    If you have a valid government issued Tax Exempt form or Resale Certificate, we can add your tax-exempt form to your account to ensure you are not charged Sales Tax.

    Prior to requesting your exemption, please ensure that you have already created an account with us. You can do so here if required.

    To submit your documentation:

    Please submit your documentation to cse@factorysupplyoutlet.com. Please include 'New Account Tax Exemption Request' in your email's subject line.

    Please include the following with your documentation:

    Your Company Name and your registered email address

    We will confirm via email with all relevant details and looks forward to working together!

  • How do I get a reduction / removal in sales tax on a previously placed order?

    If you’re shipping to the State of California, we are required to collect sales tax on your order. If you have been billed at the incorrect tax rate (reseller or other select entities) please follow the steps here to submit a case on the specific order. Upon approval, we will also apply the corrected tax rate to your account, so all future orders will be billed correctly as well.

    To submit your documentation:

    If you have already placed your order, please write your order number on top of your tax exempt form and send it to us here, or email it to us at cse@factorysupplyoutlet.com. If you would like to add your Tax-Exempt form to your profile before ordering, you can submit your form to us here.

    In either case, please include the following with your documentation:

    Your order number

    Your email address

    The name of the organization that purchased the items

    After your documents have been processed and accepted, you will receive a refund in the amount of the tax charged.

  • How do I create an account with FactorySupplyOutlet.com?

  • What is my user ID and password?

    If you have previously registered for a FactorySupplyOutlet.com account, your user ID is the email address you used to register. You will choose your own password during the registration process.

  • How can I access my order history?

    To access your order history, navigate to the My Account page at FactorySupplyOutlet.com (click the Login link in the upper right-hand corner of your browser). This page will display your most recent orders. To view your full order history, click on Purchases > Purchase History.

  • How can I access receipts for past orders?
    First, navigate to the My Account page at FactorySupplyOutlet.com (click the link in the upper right-hand corner of your browser). This page will display your most recent orders. To view your full order history, click on Purchases > Purchase History. To generate downloadable PDFs of your receipts, first select each order for which you would like a receipt, then click the View Invoice button on the right-hand side of the page.
  • Can I place an international order?
    Exported orders on handled on a case-by-case basis. Typically, export orders are handled as FOB our Los Angeles warehouse, and the freight / shipments are your responsibility once the order is picked up. We are also happy to work with freight forwards if required.
