  • Can I purchase items not listed on your site?
    If you need an item that isn't on our website, please contact us. We will most likely be able to find the product that you need. In some cases, the item has been discontinued and can be directly replaced by an item available on our site. Please contact us here for pricing and availability information.
  • How do I order an item that asks me to “Call for Pricing”?
    Call us at (877) 823-7583 and we will email you a quote. The quote will contain a link that will allow you complete the checkout process online.
  • Can I get a discounted price?
    We offer our lowest prices upfront and do not offer additional discounts based on reseller or government status for standard orders. If your order total is greater than $2000, or you have a quote from a different authorized distributor that you would like to have us review, please click the Request a Quote button at the top right-hand side of the screen, or add the item to the quote directly from the product page. Please add any applicable information to the comments section.
  • Can I have a price quoted?

    We can provide a quotation on any order / product required.

    To Request a Quote:

    Click the “Add to Quote” button from any product page OR click the Request a Quote button on the top right-hand side of the screen then search and add any parts required.

    Complete the address field and add any required notes or comments

    Click Submit

  • How long are quoted prices good for?
    Quoted prices are good for 10 days. Quotes that are expired, voided, or processed will reflect current pricing.
  • Can I use a promo code when requesting a quote?
    No. Promo Codes cannot be combined with Account Specific / Quoted pricing.
  • What happens if the quote is expired, voided, or processed?

    Available items from expired, voided, or processed quotes can still be purchased, but the cost will reflect current pricing. Discontinued items cannot be purchased.

    If the prices of items in your quoted order have gone down, the price of your order will reflect the new, lower price.

    If the prices of items in your quoted order have increased, we will honor the (lower) quoted price as long as the quote is not expired, voided, or previously processed and the product is still available for purchase.

  • What happens if I have discontinued items in my quote?
    Discontinued items are not available for purchase. Please contact customer service here so that we can recommend an alternate item.
  • Where can I access my saved quotes?
    Quotes will be emailed to you once they've been created, as well as being available in your My Account overview once logged in (Click here if you are looking for a previously created quote). To purchase a quoted order, please click the link on the quote or original email body, or view the quote on your MyAccount function once signed in.
  • Do I need to have a FactoryPT.com account to have a price quoted?
    Yes, although the account creation process only takes about 45 seconds to complete. Only basic information such and name, company name and email address, etc. are required to request a quote. Please click here to create an account, then click here to Request a Quote.
  • What if I need to make changes to a quote?
    Revisions can be made to quotations, just use the contact information provided on the face of the quotation to reach out to the team member that created the quote, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
  • Can I get a quote for expedited shipping?
    Yes. Our customer service team will be happy to include the cost of expedited shipping in a quoted order. Please contact customer service for more information at (877) 823-7583. For expedited shipping quotes, please be prepared to provide information concerning the items and quantities in your order, as well as you’re shipping and billing addresses.
  • What is the warranty on your products?

    For information on a specific manufacturer’s warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly. We are an authorized distributor of almost all products listed, and happy to connect you with the correct contact at a manufacturer if required.

  • What if the picture of an item on FactoryPT.com does not match the product attributes?

    While we try our best to ensure that all product listings are accurate, manufacturer-supplied images may occasionally differ slightly from the product listing, or show accessories that are not included. Please refer to the product attributes for the most accurate information for these products. If you have any further questions about specific products, feel free to contact us here.

    Please note: The item specific return policy is applicable and enforced regardless of the items picture. If you are placing an order for a Special Order or Non-Cancelable item, PLEASE reach out in advance if there is anything in question. We would much rather verify some bits of information, than have an item arrive that you were not expecting.

  • What if the product page or listing doesn’t contain the information I need?
    While we try our best to ensure that all product listings are accurate, manufacturer-supplied listings and attributes may occasionally be incomplete. If you have any questions about specific products, feel free to contact us here and we'll do our best to assist you.
  • My item is no longer in stock. Will it be available again?
    We apologize for the inconvenience! Please contact our customer service team here and we will be happy to look up information regarding a product's availability and lead time.v
  • Does your website show stock?
    Currently our website does not provide stock information for all products. Our item pages show an “Estimated Delivery Date” on almost all products. This date is calculated by the manufacturer provided production days, days to ship, plus 2-3 days in transit. On stocked items, the Production time is not calculated. These dates are typically very accurate; however they are not a guarantee by us or the manufacturer and should not be treated as such. If you have a critical delivery date, please click here to confirm delivery.
  • Is everything in stock?
    We make every effort to keep ample stock on hand for frequently ordered items. Due to the vast number of items offered on our site as well as custom built offerings, immediate stock availability is not guaranteed. If you need your item delivered urgently, please contact one of our Customer Service Representatives here to assist you.
  • Are all your products new on your website new?
    Yes, all products on our website are new.
